Badge design: Lexus LBX Kasumi

Freelance work 2026- in progress.

Tasked with creating a distinctive, ownable badge for the Lexus LBX Kasumi, I explored how its Japanese meaning, ‘mist’, could become a physical design language. Through typography, form, texture and material, I developed a series of badge directions that translate the softness and movement of mist into something tactile, premium and unmistakably Lexus. Final design is in production and comes out in Spring 2027.
